Naturally Fermented Pickles Feed Your Probiotics
Gary Huffnagle, Ph.D, author of the "The Probiotics Revolution," was a guest on The Debra Ray Show. He said that it is necessary to feed your probiotics with naturally fermented foods. Many companies that make pickles have cut costs by just putting cucumbers in a jar with vinegar. Pickles fermented naturally with dill weed, garlic, and sea salt taste different than pickles made with vinegar. They're crisp and full of sour and tart flavor. You'll only find naturally fermented pickles in the refrigerated section of a store. If the label has vinegar listed in the ingredients, the pickles aren't naturally fermented pickles. I found Bubbies Pure Kosher Dills in the refrigerated section at a local health store. They taste so much better than pickles made with vinegar. I wish I knew about this 50 years ago.

While I was surfing for affordable healthcare options, I came across this website called Placidway (www.placidway.com) – this is an amazing site with so many healthcare options to choose from. I have now booked an Ayurveda treatment from one of the centers in placidway…
