FOWL! Bird Flu: It's Not What You Think

That's the title of a new book by Dr. Sherri J. Tenpenny, a guest on the Debra Ray Show. She discovered that in every area that bird flu has broken out, there is environmental toxicities, including pesticides. The sick migratory birds are like canaries in the coal mines. Dioxin levels in soil collected throughout different regions of southern Vietnam, were measured and found to be as high as 888 ppt. Dioxin levels greater than 1.1 ppt were found in the area of Bien Hung Lake. During long migrations, increased utilization of a combination of enviromental toxicities - dioxin, radiation, and other Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) stored in fat, creates acute poisoning of the birds. H5N1 is a contributing factor to the demise of the birds loaded with toxicities, rather than the causative factor. She said, "What is happening to the birds around the world should be serving as a resounding wake-up call for the foul condition of planet earth."
