Beta-carotenes in plants convert to water soluble vitamin A, but you still need fat soluble vitamin A. There is no natural vegetarian source of fat soluble vitamin A. The best places to get fat soluble vitamin A are:
- Fresh organic free-range eggs
- Cold water fish
- Cod liver oil
- Fermented vegetables
- Spirulina
