Researchers Find Dark Chocolate Cocoa Improves Skin!
Debra Ray read about German researchers, who focused on a form of antioxidants known as flavinols. Dark cocoa is particularly rich in flavanols. These researchers had women drink a cup of dark chocolate cocoa each day. After 3 months, these improvements in the skin were noted:
* Improved texture & thickness - smoother
* Improved blood circulation
* Better hydration
* Less prone to burning from UV exposure
I'll continue my green tea, but add a cup of dark chocolate cocoa. Much more tasty! The cocoa at the link below isn't roasted, has no sugar, and is organic. You can add the safe alternative to sugar - *Xylitol. A level tablespoon of cocoa powder and a level teaspoon of Xylitol in 8 ounces of rice or almond milk is very good.
*Xylitol is a Natural and Safe Sugar Substitute*
NOW Xylitol, 16 Oz.
NOW Organic Cocoa Powder, 21.5 to 107.5 mg of cocoa flavanols per 1/4 cup
