Naturally Occuring B Vitamins Outperform Synthetic In Much Larger Amounts
David Sandoval talked about vitamins on Pure Planet's "Health Discovery Show." Most multivitamins contain coal tar derivative synthetic isolate B Vitamins. Check the label. Synthetic B vitamins will be listed as vitamin B1(thiamine), vitamin B2(riboflavin), and vitamin B3(niacin), etc. Research shows that even a small amount of a naturally occuring vitamin (whole-nutrient), can outperform the same synthetic vitamin in much larger amounts. He recommended, for your best health, start taking whole-nutrient B vitamins. Grasses, such as alfalfa, barley, kamut, oat, and wheat, contain every known vitamin, mineral, amino acid, co-factor and enzyme essential to sustain life. Below are links to 2 of Pure Planets' products that contain whole-nutrient B vitamins. Green Kamut is 35% alfalfa and 65% kamut. Both products are 100% organic, kosher, and have been awarded the Diabetics Resource Center's "Seal of Approval" as a safe and beneficial food for diabetic consumption. Both products suggest, to avoid rapid detoxification, start with a 1/2 teaspoon daily slowly increasing to full dosage. I've been taking Green Kamut for about 3 months, instead of a multivitamin, and I can feel a big difference.
