Trader Joe's Frozen Wild Boreal Blueberries
From the package, "These blueberries are grown naturally with no pesticides in the Boreal region of Quebec, Canada. The Boreal region is a collection of protected lands that spread across Canada, united by an effort to preserve the beauty and ecological importance of the land. The fruit grown in the Quebec Boreal thrives on the healthy soil conditions and unique climate of the region, and the sweet-tart flavor of these wild blueberries is unmatched." They do taste great. And at only $3.49 for 16 ounces, a great buy.

Gary Null recommended frozen fruits and veggies, if they aren't available locally. He explained that most of nutrition is lost during trucking, which could be as long as 2 weeks, unless they are frozen. Gary also mentioned that wild blueberries have even more antioxidants than regular blueberries.
