Gary Null: "You Need to Get Your Calcium & Magnesium from Supplements."
Because you're probably not getting them from your diet, Gary Null recommends getting your calcium & magnesium from supplements. What prevents you from digesting the calcium & magnesium in your diet are:
- Eating too fast - Food should be chewed until your food is the consistency of thick soup. Little chunks of food can't de digested in the intestines.
