Research Shows Antioxidants Reduce # & Severity of Migraines
Debra Ray read parts of a study published in the Journal of Headache. The nutrients used you should be able to get from your diet, but you might not be getting them. The conclusion of the study was that if you take this small amount of supplements for 3 months, you reduce the number and severity of your migraines.
- 60 mg a day of Vitamin C
- 30 mg a day of Vitamin E
- 120 mg a day of Pycnogenol
