Study Finds Cinnamon Has Several Benefits
Dr. Richard Anderson, of the US Department of Agriculture, conducted a study on cinnamon at Georgetown University. Details of the study appeared in the May issue of the American College of Nutrition. This double blind placebo controlled study showed that only a 1/2 teaspoon of whole cinnamon a day was needed for the following benefits.
- Lowers Blood Pressure
- Lowers Blood Sugar Levels
- Improves Insulin Function
