Serendipity Bed & Breakfast - Ocean City, New Jersey

As of January, 2006, Serendipity Bed & Breakast has a new owner. The new owner, Karen, told me she didn't want to change much, since it was already very nice. I agree, it is very nice and I only noticed some minor improvements. Although her breakfast menus are not vegan, you can make vegetarian selections, the morning before. Her breakfast menus vary each day. Soymilk and rice milk are available. She allowed me to select the muffins she would make the following morning. I selected Apple Cinnamon muffins. In my opinion, they were just as good as Bill's, the previous owner's, muffins. She is an excellent cook & baker. The spinach quiche, biscuit & omelet (pic above), vegan cashew French toast, and everything was very tasty. Looking forward to another stay.
