More Than 5 Servings of Fruits & Vegetable a Day Reduces Stroke Risk by 26%
Why are these findings of a British study important? In the United States, this would save more than 200,000 lives a year. If they had not added French fries and ketchup as a serving of vegetables, most children would have zero servings of fruits and vegetables.
