Vitamin E Reduces Alzheimer's Risk
Gary Null read from a 6 year study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. "Mixed Vitamin E tocopherol may offer greater protection against Alzheimer's disease than vitamin E alone. The vitamin family consists of 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols. With each 5 mgs per day increase in dietary tocoperol, subjects had up to 44% lower risk of developing Alzheimer's." Gary said, "What this means is that we are not getting enough Vitamin E from mixed tocopherols and toctrienols, and it's the tocotrienols and mixed tocopherols that help protect us."
