Gary Null's Advice for Flucuating Blood Pressure

*Don't eat anything with a face or heartbeat.
*Start each morning with a protein shake:
  • 1 teaspoon each - blueberries, rasberries, cherries, cranberries, & pomegranate. If you can't get the fresh or frozen, get the concentrate.
  • 1 scoop rice or protein powder - about 20 grams of protein
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons emulsified Cod Liver Oil
*Prepare sea weed & sea vegetable salad for lunch every day or weekly and refrigerate in freezer bags. Much cheaper if you get these in Chinatown. Important to help regulate your metabolism & give you the minerals the thyroid gland needs.
*Fresh ginger every day - saate.
*Choose a different type of bean to cook each day or weekly and refrigerate in freezer bags. If you have difficulty digesting, crush the beans in a blender & add seasoning to make a paste.
*Choose a different grain to cook each day or weekly and refrigerate in freezer bags. Gary recommended millet, brown rice, buckwheat, & barley.
*Aloe Vera - about 3 ounces a day.
*Fennel & Chinese Cinnamon after each meal to help with digestion.
