Change Your Diet Now for Future Health!
Gary Null suggested the following diet changes to ensure health as you age.
- Stop anything that causes inflamation: meat, poultry, shellfish, dairy products, sugars, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, alcohol, chlorine, fluoride, carbonated beverages, processed pastas & bread products, non-organic produce, and deep fried food.
- Add cruciferous vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, onions, asparagus, mustard products, and sprouts.
- Add whole grains: nuts, seeds, legumes, tofu, tempi, millet, buckwheat, brown rice, spelt, rye, quinoa, and oats.
- Add starchy vegetables: yams, sweet potatoes, gourds, squash, and parsnips.
- Drink 1 gallon of liquid a day: green teas, lemon juice, vitamin C (3 times a day), and chlorophyll (2 or 3 glasses of vegetable juice made from green vegetables).
- Add for the brain: ginkgo biloba, choline, phosphatidylserine (200 mg a day), CoQ10 (300 mg a day), and vitamin E (mixed tocopherols).
- Check with an alternative doctor to see if they can get you off of any medications, using natural alternatives.
