Lew's Joint Cartilage Adventure - Rheumatoid Arthritis

I have not been improving with the Glucosamine Chondroitin supplement I was taking. See my August 3. 2005 posting - Joint Problems - Helps Regenerate Connective Tissue, Including Cartilage. I decided to try my D.O.'s suggestion of 3 supplements:

• Arthromax - 2 capsules, 2 times a day - with food
• Glucosamine/MSM with joint comfort herbs - 2 capsules, 3 times a day - with food
• Wobenzym N- 10 tablets, 3 times a day - must be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating **
  

** Update: After 2 weeks, reduce the Wobenzym N to 5 tablets, 3 times a day - still must be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating. See my September 15, 2006 posting - Lew's Joint Cartilage Adventure, Part 2 - Rheumatoid Arthritis.

After taking these for 1 week, my thumb joints and wrist feel much better. I can now use my mouse and write without much pain! I searched the internet and local national stores for good prices. Here are the results:
