Green Tea Max - Weight Control, Cardiovascular Health, Anti-Cancer Effects, and Other Health Benefits
Green Tea Max is an extract of organic green tea leaves and a wide range of other antioxidants. I find that 10 drops in water makes a very good tea. One full dropper (about 56 drops) of Green Tea Max has an ORAC Value of 5,000 units. ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. The higher the ORAC value of food, the more antioxidant power it contains. An antioxidant is any substance that reduces damage due to oxygen, such as that caused by free radicals. Diseases such as Alzheimer's, rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular disease, cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, and aging itself have been shown to be linked to free radical damage for over 20 years. Studies show the average person gets only about 1200 ORAC units per day from 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. It is suggested the average person should get 3,000 to 5,000 ORAC units per day. One full dropper (about 56 drops) in water or a beverage of your choice and you have the suggested 5,000 ORAC units per day. I spread this out to 6 cups, throughout the day, with 10 drops in each cup.
