Prostate Cancer May be Curbed by Green Tea, Study Shows
Gary Null read a study, "Green Tea May Curb Prostate Cancer in Men at Risk", today. The men in the study took 600 milligrams of GTCs daily, "equivalent to 12-15 cups of green tea infusion, that is about two times the average intake in Asian Countries". GTCs are green tea catechins.
If you don't mind drinking 12-15 cups of green tea a day:
Alvita (A Twinlab Division) Green Tea from Vitamin Shoppe
EGCG is a major component of GTCs. One catechin in particular, EGCG, has shown free radical curbing power in laboratory studies. One capsule of NOW EGCg Green Tea Extract (200 mg) has the phytonutrient content equal to about 2-3 cups of green tea. I'd much rather take 4 or 5 of these capsules a day.

Note: Quality is affordable with NOW vitamins. They make their own supplements as well as supplements for many other companies. You don't pay the profit to the other company.
